But, believe it or not, the 50-year-old never really wanted to be known as a 'bombshell'. Nope, she preferred the cute girl next door look to smokin' hot sex siren.

Speaking to InStyle to mark the magazine's 25th anniversary, Jennifer took a look back at all the cover shoots she has done with them over the years and admitted smouldering on set never came 'naturally' to her.

'It feels ironic to be anointed as "sexy". Bombshell wasn't really my thing,' she confessed. 'I thought natural, cute and funny was sexy, you know?'

But, while Rachel may have kickstarted Jen's Hollwyood pin-up days, she admits she's just like the rest of us and still has those days when she's just not feeling herself.

'To be put in that [sexy] category, I was like, "Oh, this is nice," But no, I didn't have a "sexy" banner around my waist or start going to "sexy" school or anything like that,' she joked.

'Some days you're hot and some days you're not.'

In the interview, Jennifer also admitted she feels 'super nostalgic' about Friends and is constantly missing the show.

'I miss a lot about that time. Having a job that was absolute, pure joy,' she said.

'I miss getting to be with people I love massively and respect beyond words. So, yes, these days I'm super nostalgic.'

There's constantly been rumours of a Friends reunion and while Jennifer sounds like she'd be keen, her onscreen boyfriend David Schwimmer (aka Ross Geller) has poured an ice cold bucket of water over the entire thing.
